We have fixed the problem, it had to do with the smooting of animations. (thank you Achmad)
If you have this problem and you have Maya you can fix it this way:
(make sure you save a file before the first action, do this if you want to test or if you have all the animations ready)

November 8th, 2009Hey all,
Since a few weeks we have got some trouble with exporting to FBX. This is needed to get our character in the game. Stefan has modeled the character in Maya and also rigged and weight painted it, but when we want to export to FBX the model gets glitches.
We believe the glitches get in when we export because in the track editor or the maya timeline we cant find weird things.
Has anyone any idea what the problem can be ? If so please contact us…

What are we up to?

The main question right know is: “What are we up to?”.
It has been quiet on the blog for some time know and that’s all because we are very busy working on out first build. We had some trouble last week with importing animated characters (YES we have got one). So if everything goes well we will have our first build this week. This probably will include the movement of an animated character so stay frosty!

Face to face with the Wraith
October 1st, 2009Gijs has done it again and made us a very nice close-up image of the Wraith! The overall darkness of the image and the great facial expression, (yeah even through the mask) really brings our the feeling we want people to get when they see the Wraith.
